I was born in Cincinnati, Ohio but I have lived in Florida for most of my life. With 25+ years of professional Cooking I possess the passion, experience and culinary expertise to provide Cohasset Golf Club great culinary creations that will satisfy all desired taste. I am proficient in a variety of cuisines and modern cooking techniques.  I enjoy creating all types of diverse menus in accordance to any lifestyle and eating habits, while meeting any and all dietary considerations. I have worked in many well-known establishments such as the Delano Hotel, South Beach, FL. As the Chef de Cuisine under master & Celebrity chef Claude Troigois.  Norwegian Cruise Lines as the Executive Sous Chef for all the ten specialty restaurants aboard the ships across the world. I was named Executive Chef for Norwegian Cruise lines in my third year on the Pride of America out of Honolulu, HI. My most recent tenure was the Executive Sous Chef for the Windsor Club in Vero Beach, FL. to name a few.

I truly enjoy to eat and try many different things and I can’t wait to see what the Boston area has to offer. I am looking forward bringing my talents and expertise to the Cohasset Golf Club.  I believe we have a good foundation to do some great things here. I am truly open to any and all guest’s comments, concerns, or even compliments.  My door is always open or I can be reached any time in the office.  I look forward to getting to know everyone here.
